Today I am grateful for my basic needs being met: Food to eat Clothes on my back Roof over my head Blankets to keep me warm Clean water to drink, bathe, etc. Family + friends to be loved
Today I am grateful for my health: Having the ability to move freely Express my emotions/care with facial expressions and hand gestures Having the physical ability to practice yoga, dance wild, run, skip, etc. Being able to breathe properly and be reminded that I am ALIVE. That my soul is ALIVE.
